The reason why i go with agree is because maybe after many years she had tried on the jersey and when she tried it on it was too small for her to wear and she thought that she will make her own .

I disagree because cook island people won't particularly wear a coat on stage but they will wear a flower on there head and the same flower dressers also the men that will wear a different color lavalava .
