Grace Joel performers

Some of the glenbrae students had the opportunity to perform at the st healers rest home, grace Joel. we left school around about 10:15 straight after tech. We all were super duper excited, with all the excitement in everyone's face. We had 4 items to perform and at the end, we had some question. Everybody was in their costumes and altogether looked stunning.

We first had the Maori group. The Maori boys did a haka at first, then moving on to some Maori songs. together they sang and did amazing actions to go with the song.

Next, we had the Tongan group, they were confident and happy and did an amazing job on having to make their actions smooth as possible.

Up next was the Samoa group. We did a sasa, which is basically a slap dance. We did an awesome job to do the action together int he right time and to also look forward and smile.

Last but not less we had the cook island group. They were amazing, and I gotta admit they can hula. Well done to them they had a few boys go up and danced.
